So I’ve been using my family pc which is windows vista. I was just given a windows 98 pc for my room. How do I connect to the wireless internet?

you have to install the "wireless network assistant" to windows 98 PC and run it to confiure it to connect to access point from your vista machine

first you need a wireless either add in pci card or a USB wireless card and if their is a wep or wkp secruty protocol enabled on your wireless routers you will need to know what it is or the passphrase is.
