How to completely get rid of BlackBerry applications?

Posted by admin on March 6th, 2010 and filed under applications | 2 Comments »

I installed some apps on my BlackBerry now I want to get rid of them.
To install I used the Blackberry App World Application.
I tried going to Options>Advanced Options>Applications and removing them form there but that didn’t work.
I also tried installing from the BB App world program.

At the end of it all it says the games are uninstalled however they are still showing up and taking up memory.

Can anyone help?

Definitely load up desktop Manager and delete all of your unwanted apps from there.

An alternative to Desktop Manager is the BlackBerry Master Control program which can be downloaded here:

(use the first option)

this software is great for managing all kinds of things on your BlackBerry including backing up apps that you want to keep around.

How many applications or resumes does Blizzard Entertainment get?

I am planning to major in computer graphics in college and I was wondering how many applications does Blizzard get in lets say… a year? a week?

I don’t think anyone but Blizzard knows that, but I can assume a lot. You will have to be very dedicated and be shit hot to get to Blizzard, but I assume if you are talented and hard working, you will get a job there.

That being said, I wouldn’t get too hung up on one gaming company. There are a lot of other video game companies out there. You might even get lucky and get a job working in Japan for some company (if that is what you want).

How do I sync my applications from my iPod to a new computer?

Posted by admin on February 7th, 2010 and filed under applications | 4 Comments »

I used to have a Mac computer and I had applications from there downloaded on my iTunes. I recently got a laptop. I moved my music to my laptop using my computers, but my applications didn’t get synced to my new computer even after I plugged my iPod in. I want to download the apps I bought on my laptop onto my iPod without erasing the ones I already have on my iPod. Does anyone know how to do this?

Now, you have put your music on You Windows computer. If you want to sync your iPod to the new computer with iTunes. It seems to be difficulty. So, what you need is a Computer to iPod transfer to add music to iPod directly without iTunes.

Try this application.

How many applications are on my computer?

Posted by admin on January 30th, 2010 and filed under applications | 2 Comments »

I’m doing a paper about applications on my computer.. Besides actually counting every single application is there a place I can that will tell me how many I have? If so, where is it? Because I can’t find it anywhere. I also have to include any applications that may have come with your computer, like games and accessories.
According to the add/remove programs I only have 84 programs. I don’t think that is accurate. Since, ALL the programs on my computer are not in the add/remove program section.

You neglected to tell us your operating system…

No, we’re not going to assume Windows, because we hope you’re smarter than that!

How come iTunes will not sync applications?

Posted by admin on January 16th, 2010 and filed under applications | 2 Comments »

I have tried syncing applications to my iPod, and it says,"Some of the applications in your iTune library, including -Name of Application- were not installed on the iPod because you were not authorized for them on this computer." This happens with every application I try to sync.

I authorized my computer by going Store>Authorize Computer, but it still doesn’t work. I also restarted my computer, and my iPod several times. What is the problem here and what can I do to solve it?

Thanks in advance for all those who help!

The Applications were bought in the iTunes store by someone else. You must enter in their email address and password to authorize your computer.

If you buy applications from itunes on your computer, how do you transfer them to your ipod touch the next time you hook it up to the computer. I tried dragging and dropping it, but it won’t work.
Please help.

Use the iTunes Transfer Purchases feature. Better still, buy them from your computer from now on and just sync them to your iPod. The same goes for music and video. To learn more, download your user guide from Apple.com/support.

I just bought some applications on iTunes, and the applications I bought
aren’t in my iPod? Does anyone know why? I already synced my iPod Touch for a few times, but nothing is happening.

On the left hand side of the iTunes window, your iPod appears.
Click your iPod and it will go into the iPod options page.

Above it will say videos, music, podcasts and Apps. Click on Applications

The Apps you have will be listen in a box and on the left of them will be a small box, If this is unticked, tick it by clicking it. This selects this App to be synced. Once you have ticked all the Apps you want. Click Apply in the bottom right corner. Then sync you iPod.
The Apps should be on your iPod now.
