What company should I try to sell my idea to? How do I start to sell my product idea to companies?

Posted by admin on July 15th, 2010 and filed under company | 1 Comment »

I have a good idea and want to sell my idea to a company.

Hi,
I want to advice you that companies sometimes do not buy ideas, unless already patented. If your want to expose your idea to a company you should obtain a Disclosure Agreement. You can get one with your lawyer or a draft at your local library. Make sure to put all the important points that you want to make sure they don’t take from you. Some companies could take your idea from you and never pay you for anything. Another good idea is that you make a prototype to show the company during the meeting. This prototype can be either in paper (Like a report with graphs, draws, and all that stuff) or an actual thing that you touch and test.

If you have a product that you want to sell, try http://www.livetheinvention.com to sell it. They are friendly and helpful. Even if you have an small item they sell it for you online. The only requirement is that it needs to be made by you.

I hope this can help you
Thank You and God Bless You!

Good Luck :)

What kind of homework would a computer engineer get at college?

Posted by admin on July 12th, 2010 and filed under homework | 2 Comments »

Do computer engineering students need to write essays and things like that. Or is the homework labs and things of that sort.

Well once you’re in your junior year, you’ll mainly be doing homework related to your major such as mathematics, engineering problems, computer labs, programming, digital circuit labs, etc.

but your freshman and sophmore year will be filled with busy work called general education. this includes english, history, blah blah blah, all that, on top of lots of math and science. all students are required to take general ed.

How much homework is there to become a medical office specialist?

Posted by admin on July 7th, 2010 and filed under homework | 1 Comment »

I am starting a 3 month program that is 5 days a week, 6 hours a day. Do you think that learning medical FRONT office will include a lot of homework. Please no spam!

I teach front office medical assisting and medical billing and coding. Much of your learning will be hands-on at school. Usually the most homework you have will be learning medical terminology.

So I have a question for you? Did you learn to speak English in one day? No, of course not. Then you understand why you will not learn medical terminology in one day either. Instead, you will learn it day by day in bits and pieces.

It is important to practice and use your flash cards daily. Keep them with you so you study at odd moments waiting in line at the grocery store, waiting to meet a friend for lunch, etc. You are better off studying often for shorter periods of time than one or two long study sessions. Also, while your instructor may test you are certain vocabulary terms it is best that you learn the word parts themselves such as "itis" means inflammation so you can put the pieces together and create different words.

If you learn medical billing and coding, again know that you will not learn it all in one day. Keep all your study sheets and tests if allowed so you can refer to them as needed when you are serving in a medical office.

How does one use the kindle in India? Does the bundled free wireless service work in India?

Posted by admin on July 4th, 2010 and filed under india | 2 Comments »

I want to also know specific feedback on other e-book readers, including the one launced in India- how do they compare to the kindle?

Yes, the free wireless service of the Kindle works in India as well. You can go to the Kindle homepage, click the link inside the box " Live Outside the U.S.?", then choose India to see how it is supported in your country:

I’ve also compared the Amazon Kindle and other ebook readers, in another answer here. Guess you’ll find interested:

How could anyone think India will ever become a superpower?

Posted by admin on June 27th, 2010 and filed under india | 4 Comments »

Some whacky people think India is going to become a superpower.
I know there are nice/rich parts of India, but the rest of their country is just too darn messed up for that to ever be possible.
Their population is rapidly increasing, and half the people there already live in filthy slums.

I mean really, a country where people drink and bath in a river where they float corpses down will never become a superpower.
How could people think this is possible?

I don’t think that it will ever happen either, unless over the years the people in that country make some very radical changes. Also, why would any nation want to be a superpower? Any nation that has ever been a superpower has always had an over sized military, has bullied other nations, and ultimately creates its own demise.

What is the productivity after giving so many answers in Yahoo Answers?

Posted by admin on June 20th, 2010 and filed under answers | 4 Comments »

Many users give 1000s of answers in yahoo answers section. What do they get out of it? Is it just a waste of time or anything fruitful?

I signed up with YC Germany in 2006, as soon as I found out that I could participate on all other YA pages worldwide as long as I use the country specific language, I started answering on YA too since my command of English isn’t half bad (mostly self taught). I find it extremely satisfying that I am able to help users from all over the world although I am a grandma who never had a formal IT education. At the same time YA is certainly broadening my horizon - I learn so much about different cultures through my international contacts. I wouldn’t want to miss it anymore…:-)

Which company should a life and health agent choose to make good money with?

Posted by admin on June 17th, 2010 and filed under company | 2 Comments »

I live in texas and licensed in both TX and CA in Life and Health. What is a good company to start selling insurance with? I don’t want the lead cost to bury me in bills and residual income from my renewals I want annually to build a good book of business. What company should I go with? Are there several good ones to choose from? I need to work now! Thank you in advance.

You may benefit from starting out as a captive agent. This will provide you with the sales support and the know-how to learn the ropes. It also minimizes costs. After you get your feet wet, strike out on your own for higher earning potential, securing appointments with every carrier you feel offers a quality product.
